This main level remodel is only one of the first major projects done for the Mannings.

Jeff installed recessed lighting on the lower level living area...

This was at one time a wet bar...which jeff would soon transform into an entertainment center

He custom made the fabric panelled doors...

and built the entertainment center into the wall

Here it is finished.

This was the existing hand railing on the stairs

and the original stair runner

prep work of installing railing on the kitchen nook area

now with one set of railings

Jeff stripped the stairs and put nice wood pieces on with some trimming

And a nice railing

Which finishes it off nicely.

Now the fireplace wall was brick from floor to ceiling, they wanted to get rid of all the brick, add some shelving and do a nice granite hearth.

so jeff drywalled over the top half

Centered and built the hearth right over the existing brick hearth

Framed and built the nice deep shelving. And the beautiful natural wood you see is cedar.
